Raisin in the son reflection of characters

1. Walter: Walter’s dream is to be a small business owner (a liquor store).
Beneatha: Beneaths dream is to become a doctor so she can be successful.
Mama: Mama’s dream is to make a better live for her family, and get them out of that bad environment.
2. Walter:”Yeah. You see, this little liquor store we got in mind cost seventy-five thousand and we figured the initial investment on the place be ‘bout thirty thousand, see.”

Beneatha: “to be a doctor” Bennie is a strong young lady who knows what she wants out of life. She is also very strong she has her own besides living in an apartment with her mama, brother, sister-in-law and nephew.

Mama: mama just wants the best for her kids even though they are grown she still has to provide for them so she wants them to be happy but she has top do what she has to do. She is strong and firm with what she believes.
3.Walter: I know for a fact the Walter is not going to get his store because Bobo and the other man took his money and left town he thought he could trust them but as he now see’s he can not.

Beneatha: I think if Beneatha would stay away from those no good men then she will achieve her dream of becoming a doctor.

Mama: I really do think that now Walter and the rest will appreciate her for getting that house so that they can live better.
